Derethic will be Ethics teamcaptain.
The main decisions will be decided by us.
He will be the teams voice.
Derethics job will also be to inform you
about things when I wont/cant be here.
When I'm not around, Derethic will be the one to talk to
and he will then also be able to take decisions without me.
